Steven J. Berry, born Newmarket, England, February 27, 1961. Steve
practices general business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on
securities litigation, securities class actions, and securities arbitrations.
Steve has represented brokers and broker-dealers in disputes involving
third-party damage claims, regulatory investigations, administrative
proceedings, arbitration, and litigation. More recently, Steve has
been representing investors in claims against brokerage firms. Steve
also represents a number of clients in commercial litigation matters,
including employment-related disputes.

Steve has successfully represented investors in claims against
brokerage firms in arbitration before the Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), formerly known as the National
Association of Securities Dealers.

Steve has successfully defended brokerage firms in defense of
claims asserted by customers arising out of brokerage claims.

Steve was successful in representing Prudential Securities, Inc.
in a multi-million dollar class action suit alleging securities
fraud and seeking damages in the millions of dollars.

involving FINRA.
