Narrative

Lane Odom practices in all areas of civil litigation, representing large and small business in all areas of commercial litigation.  Lane also serves as national outside counsel to a large third-party administrator of healthcare claims, overseeing all aspects of nationwide litigation.  Lane has represented manufacturers, third-party administrators, employer groups, financial service firms, hospitals, physicians, insurance carriers, construction firms, technology companies, as well as individuals.  Lane has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in state and federal courts, and has achieved success for his clients all over the United States.
